- Synopsis Notification The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) - MCI WEST, Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, CA, has a requirement to Remove and Replacement Damaged Engine on a 2012 Ford � F450 Super Duty 6.7L V8 Diesel Engine Truck. The period of performance is expected to begin on or about 20 March 2023 The anticipated procurement will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation is scheduled to be released via Business Opportunities (www.SAM.gov) on or around 21 February 2023. This is not a request for quotations. This announcement is a pre-solicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Set-aside status: 100% Small Business set aside. �The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this project is 811111 (Genreal Automotive Repair) with a size standard of $8.0 Million. In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Information on registering in SAM may be obtained by calling (866) 606-8220 or via the internet at http://www.sam.gov. When available, the solicitation documents for this project will be accessible via Business Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. No CDs or hard copies will be available.
