- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management, Oregon State Office, intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Sole Source Contract to County of Coos, 250 N Baxter St, Coquille, OR 97423. The requirement is for the enforcement of the civil and criminal laws of Coos County and the State on public lands, waters, roads and trails administered by the Bureau of Land Management in Coos County, Oregon. This will be awarded on a sole source basis under the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 13.5. The applicable NAICS is 561612, Security Guards and Patrol Services. The size standard is $29,000,000. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation package is available and telephone inquiries will not be honored. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source action; however, all interested persons that identify their intent and capabilities to satisfy the Government�s requirement received will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
