Description

This intent to single source announcement is for the requirement for Gallup Q12 surveys and necessary training, development, reporting and activities for the FAA�s Office of Quality Systems and Business Resources, AMC-003, at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The FAA intends to award on a single source basis with Gallup Inc., Washington DC, as they are the only known source, are the OEM, and hold the proprietary rights. It is anticipated the resultant contract will be an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery with Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable CLINs. The contract is anticipated to be a base plus four options periods, a total of five years in length. Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA�s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
