Description

The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal intends to negotiate on a single source basis with ETAS Inc., the sole proprietor of the software, at 15800 North Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170. The following software will be installed at the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, Ground Vehicle System Center, 6501 E. 11 Mile Road, Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000: Software contract for machine-named license ES_RTA-OS_PPCE200HT_SC3 4_SRV-UE52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license LD_RTA-OS_VRTA_SC34_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license LD_RTA-OS_TRIHIGH_SC34_SRV-ME52, 2 EA Software contract for machine-named license ES_RTA-BSW_NG-FRAY_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license ES_RTA-BSW_NG_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license ES_RTA-BSW_NG-ETH_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license ES_ISOLAR-B_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license ES_RTA-BSW_NG-LIN_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license ES_RTA-BSW_NG-SEC_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Software contract for machine-named license LD_RTA-OS_TRIHIGH_SC34_SRV-ME52, 1 EA Annual Embedded Software Service IFX MCAL (MC-ISAR AS440 TC3xx), 1 EA This notice of intent is not a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation package will be publicly issued. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government whether to compete the proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
