The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) and the Government of C�te d�Ivoire (the �Government� or �GoCI�) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the �Compact�) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in C�te d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 524.7 million (�MCC Funding�). The Government, acting through MCA-C�te d�Ivoire (the �MCA Entity� or �Buyer�), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Qualification (�RFQ�) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov ) and on the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire, hereby, invites Consultant Firms to submit offers for documents paging and printing services in the framework of MCA-Cote d�Ivoire�s assistance to this country, Cote d�Ivoire in TIMSS 2023 pilot evaluation process. These firms are invited to submit their offers thereof. MCA-Cote d�Ivoire will award the selected firm a Long Term Agreement contract in order to achieve the objectives set. 3. Further details on needed services and eligibility criteria are provided in the solicitation document (RFQ) available through the following link: https://u.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=kZ2T6MVZnyxH1R9iQN5JXoqsRqm6qhFJTwsV 4. This RFQ is open to qualified national or international individual firms wishing to participate in the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire�s activities. 5. A firm will be selected under the shopping Selection method, in accordance with �MCC Program Procurement Guidelines� (P.1.B.3.10) which is provided on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov/ppg). 6.
