- Description
- This RFI from DARPA/MTO seeks information on the fundamental sensitivity limits of electromagnetic sensing in the high frequency (HF) regime and below without size, weight, and power (SWaP) constraints. DARPA is interested in (1) the fundamental limits of sensors in a shielded environment where background electromagnetic clutter is not a concern and (2) in the ability for signal processing and decluttering algorithms to improve sensor performance when clutter limited.
