- The purpose of this amendment is to remove the copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) from within the solicitations SF-33 and only have the SOW as a controlled attachment as identified in Section J. In addition, the timeline to submit questions is hereby extended to 23 February 2023 at 3:00 PM Pacific Time. Last, the following documents will be changed from controlled to uncontrolled attachments: L-1 Workforce Qualifications Spreadsheet; L-2 Workforce Hour Matrix; L-3 Past Performance Information Form Mar 2017; L-4 Contractor Performance Assessment Questionnaire May 2016.msg; L-5 Cost Summary Spreadsheet; L-6 Fully_Burdened_Labor_Rates AIR 2.5; SF-33 Solicitation. Please note that prospective offerors unable to access the controlled attachments shall contact Juan Hernandez at juan.p.hernandez.civ@us.navy.mil for assistance.
