Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center � Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to issue a solicitation for a 5 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for continued sustainment of the Kineto Tracking Mount (KTM) including all associated subassemblies and subsystems that are utilized by the DoD/DoE/ NASA Test Ranges for the collection of precision optical Time Space Position Information (TSPI) data. It shall also provide for continued sustainment of all of precision optical Time Space Position Information (TSPI) data and scientific imagery. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the authority permitting full and open competition FAR 6.102(b) competitive proposals. This pre-solicitation notice is published in accordance with FAR 5.204 for informative purposes (THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS).�It is anticipated the issuance of the Request for Proposal related to this requirement will be on or about 3 March 2023.� There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above. Information provided herein is subject to change and in no way bind the Government to solicit for or award a contract.
