- The Fleet Readiness Center Procurement Group Patuxent River, MD 20650 hereby gives notice of their intent to award a sole source purchase order to PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE 59211, 14300 Alton PKWY Irvine, California 92618-1814, using FAR Part 13 procedures under FAR 13.106-1(b). The Fleet Readiness Center South West (FRCSW) has a requirement for Final Acceptance Testing on Elevator Actuator Servos and Aileron Actuator Servo in support of the FRCSW E-2D maintenance requirements.� �PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION is the OEM of these Aileron and Elevator Actuator Servos, and they alone hold proprietary design and technical data rights for these components.� For this reason, the government intends to procure the services from PARKER-HANNIFIN CORPORATION, CAGE 59211, 14300 Alton PKWY Irvine, California 92618-1814. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.�� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
