Please reference attached�RFQ 423401 - RFQ Document_AMENDMENT 1 and��RFQ 423401 - Q and A_02-16-2023.� This Request For Quotation (RFQ) is for driver qualification file management. Requirements for this solicitation are outlined in the attached DRAFT Award and Appendix A_Quotation Pricing Sheet. Award, if any, will be made to the responsive and responsible Offeror whose evaluated quote provide for a fair and reasonable price after satisfying all requirements of this RFQ. The resultant Firm Fixed Price Award shall be subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in attached DRAFT Award.
