Description
The U.S Department of Agriculture�s (USDA), The National Agricultural Library (NAL), located in Beltsville MD, seeks a contractor to design, fabricate, and install two exhibits. The design needs to contain two main sections: Inductee Wall and Narrative Wall. The design should be modular and allow for the contents to be displayed in major sections with the ability for periodic updates with new content. Please refer to the Statement of Work (Attachment 1) for specific details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation 1232SA23Q0024 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-01. (d) Comptroller General Examination of Record. (2) While not required, the Contractor may include in its subcontracts for commercial items a minimal number of additional clauses necessary to satisfy its contractual obligations.��(End of Clause) 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (Mar 2000) ����� (a) The Government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the Contractor within 30 days; provided that the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 60 days before the contract expires. (a) If unobligated funds in the amount of $1000 or less remain on the contract, the Contracting Officer (CO) shall issue a unilateral modification for deobligation. The contractor will receive a copy of the modification but will not be required to provide a signature.
