Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,� as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, with a small business size standard of $9.5 million. The Red River Army Depot-Army Contracting Command, 100 James Carlow Drive Texarkana, TX 75501-5000 has a requirement for Mowing and Grounds Maintenance Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. This will include Type 1 mowing (general lawn mowing/trimming), Type 2 (tractor/bush hog, trimming), Edging and Misc. ground maintenance services (leaf raking, shrub trimming, litter and debris removal).
