- Description
- Rental of 2,800 white chairs for both the resident graduation in June, and the DDE graduation in July.� Chairs must be white in color, must match, and be in good clean working condition.� Each chair will have a hole to allow water to drain properly. Task will include the delivery, setup, teardown, and removal of the chairs according to the timeframe below.� Delivery and setup will occur two (2) days prior to both graduations, start time between 7:00-9:00 a.m.� Teardown and removal directly after each graduation, approximately 12:30 p.m.� Delivery and setup of chairs will be according to a specific diagram which will be provided on the date of setup, or can be provided up to 3 days prior, upon request.� Vehicles shall not be driven on the grass.� Soft wheeled dollies and carts can be used to transport chairs between street entrance and set up site.� USAWC personnel will coordinate locations to park delivery trucks.� Quoted price shall include chairs, set up, teardown, removal and transportation costs.
