Northeast on Shackleford Road and continuing onto Breckenridge Blvd and North Brown Road to the intersection of Old Peachtree Road. Northwest on Old Peachtree road to the intersection of Meadow Church Road. Southwest on Meadow� Church Road to the intersection of Sugarloaf Parkway. Southeast on Sugarloaf Parkway to the intersection of Satellite Blvd. South on Satellite Blvd to the intersection of Duluth Highway. East on Duluth Highway to the intersection of I-85. Southwest on I-85 to the intersection of I-85 and Beaver Ruin Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,149 Maximum Sq. Ft. Buildings containing warehouse, residential, or manufacturing facilities or buildings located in or near industrial or manufacturing zones or complexes shall not be acceptable. Space shall be located not more than the equivalent of � mile from a primary or secondary street serving the office. Space shall not be located near bars, nightclubs and liquor stores. Space shall not be located near dry cleaners, beauty salons, bingo parlors or other businesses that produce large fluctuations in traffic or smells detectable with the office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
