- Amedment 03 -� Provides 30 attachments to the SF30 Amendment of Solicitation form to include� (1) Question and Response document, (2) Sign in from Site Visit, (3) Revised Pricing Schedule, (4) Revised Construction Specifications 21 (5) Revised Construction Specification 421; (6) Geotechnical Reports, (7) Magnetometer surveys and reports, (8) Scenic River Permit and (9) USCOE Permits. See Attachment S01 12FPC323R0001 AM03 and referenced attachments. Amendment 02 -�Provided a revised pricing schedule and established date for receipt of questions.� See Attachment S01 12FPC323R0001 AM02 Amendment 01 - Provided a revised solicitation package removing and adding clauses.� See Attachment S01 12FPC323R0001 AM01 PO-75 LaBranch Marsh Creation, Lousiana The project�s goal is to restore marsh that has been converted to open water. Project implementation will result in an increase of wildlife and fisheries habitat, acreage and diversity, along with improving water quality. In addition, the project will provide a storm buffer protection to Interstate 10 (I-10), the region�s primary westward hurricane evacuation route, and complement hurricane protection measures in the area. The project features consist of the creation of 1,200 acres of marsh using dedicated dredging from Lake Pontchartrain. In addition, 6,540 linear feet of tidal creeks will be created. Located in St Charles Parrish, closest City is Norco, Louisiana.� A firm fixed price construction contract is anticipated. Performance time is 524 calendar days from from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is Unrestricted, a subcontracting plan will be required prior to award by the successful offeror if the offeror is other than small business.�
