- FY23 C.C. Middle Cell and Highway Celll Ditching DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work consists of furnishing all plant, equipment, labor, transportation, fuel, lubricant, supplies and materials; and performing all operations in connection with moving earthen materials within Clouter Creek Placement Area. Work will include, but not be limited to the creation and deepening of drainage ditches, clearing of the site, minor repair of dikes, berms and ramps, and other items. The work is located in Berkeley County, South Carolina. MAGNITUDE OF WORK: $1,000,000 TO $5,000,000North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code:237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a SBA Small Business Size of $39,500,000.The Contractor must be registered in Systems for Award Managerrent (SAM).
