Description

Amendment 1 extends the due date and adds seven attachments including a revised SOV template and Q&A. GRTE 283431 - Snake River Landing Improvements Phase 3, Moose Landing PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Construction of a river boat launch and parking area in Grand Teton National Park, Moose, WY along the Snake River west of the Snake River Bridge. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This procurement is being solicited as a Total Small Business (SB) set aside. NAICS CODE: 237310, Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000. SITE VISIT: See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): The successful offeror must be registered in SAM and have current online Representations and Certifications. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer. QUESTIONS: Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to Molly Lynam, Contract Specialist, at molly_lynam@nps.gov no later than seven (7) business days prior to the offer due date. Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. Project Magnitude: Between $3,000,000 and $5,000,000 Time for contract completion: The period of performance will start on approximately 18 April 2023 and be completed by approximately 18 November 2024. This procurement is being solicited as total small business set aside. The small business size standard for NAICS 237310 is $39.5 million.
