- Description
- A Request for Proposal (RFP) N0016722R0027 is being issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) for the Hydrodynamic Shaping Material (HYSHMA) components for the Columbia and Virginia Class submarines. The solicitation is available unlocked as part of this announcement. There are a few documents that are either locked or classified. For locked documents, contractors must have a Joint Certification Program (JCP) clearance and request access to the locked items. Please include the CAGE Code as part of the unlock request in SAM. Drawing V24551110 Rev A will be provided via DoD SAFE due to its size. The classified drawings will be provided upon request. Please submit a request to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer for the classified drawings via email and include your companies CAGE code. Offerors wishing to submit a proposal are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from the website and to frequently monitor the website for any amendments to the solicitation.
