Solicitation closing date is extended from 17 February 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time to 31 March 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time. 2.�Except as provided herein all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ****Amendment 0002 to Soliciation W56HZV-22-R-0077 has been posted to SAM 17 January 2023 to make the following change: 1. Solicitation closing date is extended from 17 January 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time to 17 February 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time. 2.�Except as provided herein all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ****Amendment 0001 to Soliciation W56HZV-22-R-0077 has been posted to SAM 22 December 2022 to make the following change: 1. Solicitation closing date is extended from 03 January 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time to 17 January 2023 at 5:00 PM local Warren time. 2.�Except as provided herein all other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Under the authority of 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements�, the United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to BAE Systems for the Bradley Fighting Vehicle A-Kit for the Vehicle Protection Systems Base Kit with Laser Warning Receiver on an other than full and open competition basis. This solicitation is intended to result in a single contract. The proposed contract is for supplies for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source, BAE.
