- Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W56HZV-22-Q-0051 1. The purpose of this amendment 0003 is to extend the closing date from 14 February 2023 to 15 March 2023. 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________ The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for MODIFICATION KIT,VE. Solicitation W56HZV-22-Q-0051 will be a competitive, small-business set-aside. This Request for Quote (RFQ), W56HZV-22-Q-0051, will result in a Firm Fixed Price 2-year Requirements Contract for the procurement of the following: Noun� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � NSN� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �Part Number MODIFICATION KIT,VE� � � � �2520-01-516-7305� � � � �57K2053 This solicitation is for a Requirements contract with estimated quantities only. The estimated quantity for each ordering year (with a total of two ordering years) is 21 each. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive and limited to DoD and US DoD Contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. The requestor in SAM.gov must be the POC listed on the JCP registration. When submitting for a request, please include you Company Name and CAGE code. Section A, narrative A.03 DISTRIBUTION AND DESTRUCTION OF EXPORT CONTROL TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE includes more information. Interested Offerors shall submit a proposal no later than Wednesday, March 15th, 2023 at 4pm EST via email to the Contract Specialist (katlyn.m.marck.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-22-Q-0051(company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
