TITLE: 4010; CHAIN, STUD LINK; WSIC: K PR:� 1000156297, ISSUE DATE: 21 FEB 23; CLOSING DATE:� 23 MAR 23 This solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The NSN is 4010-00-149-5614, CHAIN, STUD LINK.� This procurement is suitable for a fully competitive acquisition. �The estimated annual quantity is 38 units.� This is a Critical Application Item. Contractor First Article Testing applies. The following terms apply: FOB ORIGIN, Inspection / Acceptance ORIGIN.� Delivery for this procurement will be DLA DIRECT (STOCK).��� Contractor FAT report delivery is 189 days from date of award (DARO).� Production delivery is 144 days after first article acceptance (DAFAA).� This solicitation includes Procurement Note provision L09, Reverse Auction.� Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at:� dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction.� Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.� Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) apply.� Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted.� The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� This request is for a written quote.� Please submit offers in writing.�� The solicitation issue date will be 21 February 2023 with a closing date of 23 March 2023.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
