- Description
- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4130-00-595-0135. Contractor First Article Testing requirements are applicable.� Current waived sources for FAT are Airsan Corp. (80431), Lifetime Industries (24247), and J and J Filters LLC (6ZS73). The FSC of this requirement is 4130. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for one 2-year base years with 1 one year option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 3 years. Solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set aside acquisition. The solicitation will be available on or about February 16, 2023 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. As per the requirements of this NSN, Inspection/acceptance at origin and FOB at origin are required. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
