Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation and purpose of this procurement�is to purchase� seven (7) high-performance workstation laptops, seven (7)� 27"" monitors, and seven (7) docking stations that are the same make/manufacture as the high-performance workstation laptops.� These high-performance workstation laptops will need to be rugged and portable to accommodate frequent travel between on-site and telework locations. No refurbished equipment will be accepted. Please see SOW attachment for more information. Must submit specifications for all equipment. This acquisition is set-aside for Total Small Business. Based on Best Value, Lowest Price acceptable. The North American�Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this requirment is 334111. The�solicitation will be awarded as a single award firm-fixed price type�contract. The location where the work will be performed, will be at theTucson Area Indian Health Service (TAIHS) as specified in the Statement of�Work (SOW). The Period of Performance for the laptop warranty TBD. This solicitation is set-aside for Native Owned Small Business. If Tucson Area Office Indian Health Service (TAIHS) does�not receive offer(s) that is reasonably priced, Tucson Area Office Indian Health Service (TAIHS) will then evaluate�quotes and consider award to other small business concerns under the�following 5-tier cascading set-aside (in order of first consideration to last�consideration): - 1st Tier - Certified Hub Zone Small Business - 2nd Tier - Women Owned Small Business - 3rd Tier - Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. - 4th Tier - Small Disadvantage Businesses - 5th Tier - All Other Small Business Concerns. In compliance with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) M-15-19�memorandum �Improving Government Efficiency and Saving Taxpayer�Dollars Through Electronic Invoicing� directing Federal agencies to adopt�electronic invoicing as the primary means to disburse payment to vendors. Invoices submitted under any award resulting from this solicitation will�be required to utilize the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) in accordance�with HHSAR 352.232-71, Electronic Submission and Processing of�Payment Requests�. IPP is a secure, web-based electronic invoicing system provided by the U.S.�Department of the Treasury�s Bureau of the Fiscal Service, in partnership�with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRSTL).
