- NSN: 8140-015633582, SHIPPING AND STORAG SPE4A7-23-R-0419 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 163 each. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin. FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 66 DARO for the Production items. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved source for this material is listed below and it is expected that award will be made to that firm. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed for a SAR approval. This is sole source to: HARDIGG INDUSTRIES, LLC 11214 P/N 472-M4-M16-8-032 Unrestricted procurement, utilizing other than full and open competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.� Solicitations are in portable document format (PDF).
