Description
SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR LOW EARTH ORBIT GLOBAL SATELLITE HARDWARE, INSTALLATION SERVICES, AND SUBSCRIPTION Purpose The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) is performing a market survey of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite hardware and service providers.� The Joint Expeditionary Command and Control (JEXC2) project serves the United States military by offering deployable systems, which enables a command to set up a self-contained, self-powered, computer network-enabled temporary headquarters facility anywhere in the world within hours of arrival at the desired location. By supporting this effort, you will be enabling the U.S. Navy (USN) to better define current technical capabilities for future acquisition decisions. Information provided to NSWC PCD will not be shared or distributed beyond other U.S. Government agencies without express written consent. It is desired that you fill out and return the attached form for each of your products relevant to this topic. Description This market survey is intended to: a) Assess the availability of current commercial product lines and capabilities. b) Assess industries� providing LEO High Performance satellite terminal kits, their installation, configuration, life cycle support, and continouos data access subscription. For the purposes of this market survey, the USN is looking for up to twenty (20) LEO terminals and 12 months of Global Access service hosted by LEO satellite service. The contractor shall also provide the associated power supplies, Power over Ethernet (PoE) adaptors, associated required data cables, routers, and mounts that would be required to set up a terminal. The service will support a typical download data rates of up to 500Mbps, and upload data rates of up to 5TBs. The terminals shall be able to be relocated to new locations and be able to automatically access the LOE network without manual intervention. The Contractor shall design, integrate, deliver, and provide cybersecurity-related life cycle management of secondary type I encryption commercial internet for the JEXC2 Family of Systems.� The Contractor shall conduct assessments using the automated Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) toolsets, including a detailed analysis of scans and potential threat assessments.� Responses Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include supporting materials that provide a demonstration of your company�s capabilities and experience.� For cost's, please provide any applicable quantity discounts.� The following information is requested (indicate if the information is an estimate or actual).� Company Name, Address, Technical POC Product Description Physical Characteristics/Electrical Characteristics Product History User Interface Product Maturity Global coverage map Cost Responses should be prepared using the form attached to this announcement.
