- Request for Information � This is not a Request for Quote The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), is conducting market research for Waste Hauling and Recycling Services at the�following buildings: AJC Federal Building 1240 E. Ninth Street Cleveland, OH 44199 Carl B. Stokes USCH 801 W Superior Ave Cleveland, OH 44114 Howard M. Metzenbaum USCH 201 W. Superior Ave Cleveland, OH 44114 The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, repairs, parts, tools and supplies including inspection and maintenance of all operational equipment necessary to provide trash removal and single-stream recycling services.� Material to be removed includes (but is not limited to) wastepaper, packing cartons, unusable wood pallets, garbage, glass, old carpeting and other items of unsalable trash which will be contained within containers. The contractor shall be responsible for loading containers onto collection vehicles. The Request for Proposal will contain a work statement for performance-based services; this performance-based approach focuses on outcomes as opposed to prescriptive requirements.� The specification will represent GSA�s performance objectives and minimum levels of services to be provided by the contractor. The acquisition strategy for this upcoming procurement is to compete the requirements to the maximum extent practicable, utilizing past performance and total evaluated price.� GSA PBS is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to seek information.� The NAICS Code for this procurement will be 562111 Waste Hauling and Recycling Services and the size standard is $47,000,000.00.� ��Those wishing to identify their capability to provide the aforementioned services should respond to this Sources Sought Notice by February 27, 2023, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time to David Scott at david.scott@gsa.gov, with the response form attached.� Please limit responses to no more than five (5) pages and submit in either Microsoft Word or PDF file format. ��This notice does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB, or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit GSA to contract for any supply or service. Further, GSA is not seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this request for information. GSA will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Submittals will not be returned to the responder.
