Description
The American Embassy (also referred to as U.S. Government in this contract) in Windhoek, Namibia requires preventive maintenance services for the facility�s uninterruptable power supply systems. These services shall result in all systems being serviced under this agreement being in good operational condition when activated.� The Contractor shall perform planned maintenance and inspections as described in this Statement of Work (SOW).� The intent of this SOW is to ensure the entire standby uninterruptable power supply system for this facility are maintained according to manufacturer�s recommendations, to ensure the readiness and proper operation of the system, and to eliminate system malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration when units are activated/running. The government may award the contract based on the initial offer, without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
