- Tinker Air Force Base will be conducting a virtual Microsoft Teams Industry Day event on September 18, 2024 from 9:15 AM - 12:00 PM CST. The Industry Day is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements listed below.:� ��� �Maintain and repair TAFB�s facilities and infrastructure, both built and natural, to ensure the delivery of war-winning expeditionary capabilities to the war fighter. ��� �Effectively run physical plant operations and deliver high quality services. ��� �Continue to modernize the installation so that essential facilities and services are available to carry out assigned missions on-time and within budget. ��� �Continuously improve services and capabilities to meet our mission and achieve our vision. ��� �Encourage energy conservation and the efficient use of personnel and materials. Contractors/Institutions responding to this Industry Day are placed on notice that participation in this Industry Day may not ensure participation in future solicitations or contract awards as this event is for planning purposes and may not result in a solicitation or contract. The government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in the Industry Day. The Government will provide additional information specifically related to the type of work and expectations from the Civil Engineering (CE) technical experts at Tinker Air Force Base during the Industry Day. Industry Day Schedule: 0915-1015 Presentation 1015-1115 Answer written questions� 1115-1200 Verbal Q&A if time allows. Please email Burl S.
