Description

The following information is provided for prospective offerors to attend site visits and/or view the seed project locations prior to the onset of winter weather conditions. The seed project plans and specifications will be posted with the solicitation later this fall. Prospective offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visits as scheduled and/or take the time to visit the sites. Offerors will be required to submit an offer on a minimum of one of the seed projects to be considered for the MATOC. FAR Clause 52.236-3- Site Investigation and Conditions Affecting the Work will be included in the solicitation and can be found at www.aquisition.gov. The following information is provided:� SEED PROJECT 1- PSICC South Cottonwood Creek Bridge #344-3.04 Replacement Date: �Thursday, October 3, 2024 Time: 11:00 AM Location:� We will meet at the project site, which is adjacent to Cottonwood Lake Picnic Area just downstream of Cottonwood Lake, Buena Vista, Colorado.� � Map Link with Directions from Buena Vista, CO to Cottonwood Lake Picnic Area: https://maps.app.goo.gl/MVTnvKiruyC9NWSv9 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SEED PROJECT 2- White River Berry Creek Culvert Replacement Date: Wednesday, 09 October, 2024 Time: 12:00 PM Location: We will meet at the project site which is located on Berry Creek Road/Powerline Road where NFSR 277 crosses Berry Creek.
