- The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to Monday, 23 September 2024 @ 10:00 AM Pacific Daylight Time. ________________________________________________________________________________________ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941024Q2102. It is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 effective 08/29/204 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 08/15/2024. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 541519. The size standard is 150 Employees. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. /It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This requirement is for a non-personal services requirement to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Cable and Wiring Specialists LAN Drop Installation Services for Naval Medical Center San Diego and Surrounding Branch Health and Dental Clinics.
