- THIS POSTING IS FOR THE NORTHEAST REGION MATOC POOL CONTRACTS W912QR21D0056 THROUGH W912QR21D0060 AND W912QR21D0085 W912QR21D0086. The work is located at the Patoka Lake Dam, South Dubois, Indiana, as indicated on the contract drawings. The exact location will be shown by the Contracting Officer. The work consists of removal of the existing left and right abutment concrete gutters (ditches), and construction of a new flexible articulated concrete block mattress along the existing ditch horizontal and vertical alignments.
