- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. (ii)�The�solicitation�number and a statement that the�solicitation�is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii)�A statement that the�solicitation�document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular 2024-07. (iv)�This procurement is set aside for 100% Total Small Business. The NAICS code is 484210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $34.0M. (v) One (1) Clin for total job of moving and transporting office furniture.� Offerors can propose alternate CLINS.�See attached Solicitation, SOW and Office Furniture List and Specifications- includes volume and weight. (vi)�Movement and relocation of furniture cubicles and other related furniture components from storage containers at Job Corps Timberlake Site, Estacada, OR from this location to R5 Regional Office US Forest Service in Vallejo, CA. No disassembly or reassembly required.� (vii)�Disassembled cubicles must be removed from the storage unit before the end of October 2024 due to weather and potential for damage. Estimated Period of Performance is 10/1/2024-10/31/2024. If additional time is required for transport and delivery to Vallejo, CA, contract can be extended for additional time. (viii) Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition. (ix) Provision� 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this solicitation and the evalulation factors are: Technical Capability, Past Performance, and Price. (x) Offerors�shall include a completed copy of the provision at�52.212-3,�Offeror�Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, with its�offer. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition. (xii)�Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition. (xiii)�A statement regarding any additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions (such as contract financing arrangements or�warranty�requirements) determined by the�contracting officer�to be necessary for this�acquisition�and consistent with customary commercial practices.
