Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item supply prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.� This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) FAR Subpart 13.5 and the documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business,�the NAICS code is 336999 All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), wheeled or tracked, manufacturing, and the Small Business Size Standard is 1000 employees. This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract. DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATIONS/STATEMENT OF WORK Scope of Work:� The USDA Forest Service, Rogue River-Siskiyou National Forests requires purchase of an OHV UTV Side by Side. Delivery no later than November 22, 2024, FOB destination. Line Item Description:� See attached solicitation and specification sheet. Delivery Location:� FOB Destination: High Cascades Ranger District, 47201 Hwy 62, Prospect, OR 97536. Delivery Schedule:� The Government requires delivery no later than November 22, 2024.� Delivery shall be made to the High Cascades Ranger District, Prospect, OR on regular working days, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.� The Contractor shall notify the Point of Contact 48 hours in advance of delivery. Packing and Packaging - Commercial:� Material shall be packed for shipment in such a manner to ensure acceptance by common carrier and safe delivery at destination.� Containers and closures shall comply with the Interstate Commerce Commission and Regulations, Uniform Freight Classification Rules, or Regulations of other carriers as applicable to the mode of transportation.
