Kneza Aleksandra Karadjordjevica 92, 11040 Belgrade, Serbia Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates FAR provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC 2024-06, effective August 29, 2024. The U.S. Embassy located in Belgrade, Serbia intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for electrical forklift. �This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. �Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ) no. 19RB1024Q0759. All the terms and conditions, provisions, and clauses in the RFQ # 19RB1024Q0759 apply to this solicitation. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. Instructions on how to apply for a UEI number and register in SAM are available in the Guides and FAQs section at https://rs.usembassy.gov/procurement-opportunities/ The Offeror shall enter, in the block with its name and address on the cover page of its offer, the annotation ""Unique Entity Identifier"" followed by the unique entity identifier that identifies the Offeror's name and address exactly as stated in the offer.� See www.sam.gov for establishing a unique entity identifier for your organization. Proposals from companies without a UEI number will be considered technically unacceptable. The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quote packages are due by 5:00 PM, Belgrade time (UTC+2) September 23, 2024. Late quotes will not be considered. �All responsible sources may submit a response which, if received on time, shall be considered.� Please fill in clauses in Section 5 of the RFQ as they apply to your business.
