- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation 2D Digital Panoramic Dental Digital X-Rays Reference RFQ# W9124X-24-Q-0036 Requesting Agency:� �� Nevada Army National Guard (NVARNG) Purchasing Agency:� �� NVARNG USPFO Purchasing and Contracting Office 2452 FAIRVIEW DR CARSON CITY, NV 89701 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses that are in effect in the Federal Acquisition Regulation and applicable supplements on the date this solicitation was issued. In order to be considered for award, vendor must adhere to all quotation requirements detailed herein. Submit written quotes in accordance with all aspects of this Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-06 effective 08/29/2024, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 08/15/2024. The NAICS code for this requirement is 339114 � Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing (SBA Size Standard is 750 employees). �The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is 6525: Imaging Equipment and Supplies: Medical, Dental, Veterinary. Evaluation of the quote will be based on Price and Performance Functionality; award will be made to the vendor whose response represents the Best Value to the government. **NOTE** Please see the FAR clause 52.212-2 � Evaluation � Commercial Products and Commercial Services for full evaluation information and included addendum. This acquisition has a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating of: None Quotations in response to this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Greg Kothman at gregory.p.kothman.civ@army.mil no later than the date and time below: SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 SOLICITATION CLOSING TIME: 11:00 PM PDT Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements will not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 15 days after the solicitation close date. Description: The Nevada Army National Guard (NVANG) requires two dental x-ray machines with installation in Reno and Las Vegas Nevada.� Brand name or equal to the Planmeca ProMax S2 2D Digital Panoramic.� Equal products must meet or exceed the following minimum salient characteristics: Must be able of producing panoramic digital images of patients dental teeth with horizontal and vertical segmenting through stabilized and hands-free 180 spin Must have capability to use extraoral bitewings Must have Hardlined power supply for utilization without external batteries Must have a minimum focal spot size of 0.5 x 0.5 mm, and producing a variety of imagine pixel size including 48/96/144 �m. Must have the ability to produce an image file size no greater than 35mb. Must have the able to produce Xray scans with an exposure time shorter than 17 seconds Must have ability to run on PC with imaging software that can translate dental images into readable computer file (PC) Warranty service to assist with needed repair parts for panoramic machine and on-call technician assistance for potential issues - 5 year warranty� (Warranty service to assist with needed repair parts for panoramic machine and on-call technician assistance for potential issues - 5 year warranty Must cover the exchange and replacement of equipment and repair parts, including dental sensor.
