- The Indian Health Service, Gallup Indian Medical Center located at 516 E Nizhoni Blvd., Gallup, NM 87301 has an upcoming requirement for OB/GYN supplies on a Blanket Purchase Agreement.� Period of performance starting date of award for one year.� The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 339113 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees.� The Request for Quotations No. IHS1495930 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by September 23, 2024. Evaluation factors may include technical requirements, compatibility standards, delivery schedule and price.� Quotes will be due on or by September 30, 2024.� The acquisition is an unrestricted strategy.
