- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�commercial products�or�commercial services�prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written�solicitation�will not be issued. This solicitation, N6426724R0222, is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This is a total small-business set-aside. The NAICS code is 334519 and the size standard is 600 employees. The scope of this effort is to procure a minimum of one (1) and a maximum of 27 each Optical Comparator Systems with training to stateside and overseas locations under an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract.� The period of performance is for five (5) years.� The Optical Comparator Systems will be shipped to Beaufort, SC 29904.� Proposals will be evaluated on three (3) factors: technical, past performance, and evaluated price. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to�Offerors-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition. Offerors shall�include a completed copy of the provision at�52.212-3,�Offeror�Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, with their�proposal. The clause at�52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products�and�Commercial Services, applies to this�acquisition.�The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition, as well as clauses�52.203-6 Alternate I (NOV 2021),�52.203-13,�52.204-10,�52.204-27,�52.209-6,�52.209-9,�Alternate II (NOV 2016) of 52.219-9,�52.222-3,�52.222-19,�52.222-21,�52.222-26,�52.222-35,�52.222-36,�52.222-50,�52.223-18, 52.225-13,�52.232-33, and�52.222-50.
