- Description
- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to PowerSchool Group LLC for the renewal subscription to Intersect Solutions per the attached Redacted Justification and Approval for use of Other Than Full and Open Competition. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity�s small business office concurs with this determination. The proposed acquisition is to procure PowerSchool Group LLC�s Intersect Solution (previously Naviance Network and Database), a webbased college planning and engagement platform. This web-based system integrates high school students', parents', and guidance counselors' college planning, searches, and application processes into one cohesive database.
