This notice is open for responses from small businesses. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville (USACE) intent is to solicit and award an 8(a) small business, Multiple Award Task Order Contacts (MATOC) for the Honolulu District (POH). The task orders under this solicitation will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts as Firm Fixed Price (FFP) based on the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) to perform Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) responses involving conventional munitions; Environmental Compliance and Remediation Services (ECRS); and Other Munitions-Related Services (OMRS), as necessary to enable lands and waters to be safely and efficiently used for their intended purposes. Any contracts awarded are being procured in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 15, Contracting by Negotiation. USACE anticipates awarding a MATOC with a 24-month base period with one 24-month option period and one 12-month option period for a total of five years.
