- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE The Air Force Test Center�s Installation Contracting Division (AFTC/PZI) at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), TN is seeking sources to replace and install Light Emitting Diode (LED) bulbs at Arnold Engineering Development Complex�s (AEDC) National Full-scale Aerodynamics Complex (NFAC), NASA Ames Research Center, Bldg N221, Mail Stop 221-9, Moffett Field, CA� 94035-0001.in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 1 � Technical Requirements. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE: The anticipated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 335139, Electric Lamp Bulb and Other Lighting Equipment Manufacturing, with the corresponding business size standard of 1,250 employees, and Product Service Code 6240, Electric Lamps.� SUBMISSION DETAILS: Responses should include: Company Information: Company name, company address, and telephone number and e- mail address of company point of contact.� Business size under NAICS code 335139. �System for Award Management (SAM) Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) Number. �Indicate if there any technical requirements that are too restrictive or not traditionally available in the marketplace. Also indicate if any of the technical requirements should be changed based on industry standards. �Comments/feedback on Attachment 1- Technical Requirements. �Please provide an estimated Period of Performance (in weeks) that it would take to complete the work IAW Attachment 1 � Technical Requirements. The capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. The Air Force is under no obligation to provide feedback to a company, or to contact a company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this request. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked on all materials. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. All government and contract personnel reviewing sources sought responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information as described 41 USC 423.
