Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation�for�Two (2) Portable Loading Docks/Ramps�prepared In accordance with FAR PART 12.603(c)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only�solicitation, with quotes being requested, as a written�solicitation�will not be issued.� All responsible sources�may�submit a quotation which�shall�be considered by the agency.� The�solicitation�number is�FA489724QC066�and this�solicitation�is issued as a�Request for Quotation (RFQ).� The�solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal�Acquisition�Circular. This RFQ is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.��(NAICS: 332312 - Fabricated Structural Metal Manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard: 500 Employees) Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Please read the solicitation documents in their entirety and adhere to all solicitation requirements to be considered for award. All questions regarding this RFQ must be emailed (or call) to the Contracting Officer and Contracting specialist.�� Quotes/Offers are Due: Not later Than 1 Oct 2024 by 2:00 PM (MST) Local Time.
