- This notice is to conduct market research and gain knowledge of potential qualified sources to provide Court Reporter Services for The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8 which encompasses Florida and Puerto Rico. Place of Performance: The Contractor must provide all labor, equipment, tools, material, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform the work as defined in attached draft of Performance Work Statement. This is a market research/sources sought synopsis only, (not a pre-solicitation notices pursuant to FAR Part 5). This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) is for planning/information purposes only and shall not be construed as a commitment or a promise of a contract by the Government. This is not a solicitation. This notice does not constitute a Request for Bid, Request for Quote or Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate in this survey. For the purpose of this acquisition, the NAICS code is 561492 Court Reporting and Stenotype Service and the small business size standard of $19.0 is applicable. This survey is to determine the capability of potential sources and the availability of commercial sources and services pursuant to FAR Part 10. Note: We are primarily looking for SDVOSB and VOSB Capabilities for potential consideration under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Potential Sources shall include a Capability Statement and at a minimum the following: Identification of company s name, address, telephone number, and point of contact; Organization Size/ownership of business, i.e. large, small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), Disabled-Veteran, Veteran, Women-owned Business, and Hub-zone; SAM s UEI number If you are a Government Contract Holder on GSA, please provide GSA Schedules/Federal Supply Schedules contract number. Interested parties may also provide the following information: Narrative that addresses your firm s ability to provide the services describe herein. Past performance for this type of service. All information must be received no later than: October 8, 2024, 4PM EST.
