- This is an official notice to industry of proposed contract action to�execute a modification to the 772d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron�s (772 ESS) existing Regional Engineering and Construction (RE&C) West Region, Multiple-Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts followed by the intent to execute a Class J&A to extend the ordering period for all (West, Central and East) RE&C Contracts. For details refer to attached: ""REC - WEST NOTICE OF INTENT - MODIFICATION EXTENSION - 30 OCTOBER 2024 REV1""� ***NOTE: Previously, the anticipated intent was a $225 million net ceiling increase ($625 million of increased expenditures) to raise the RE&C program ceiling from approximately $2.5B to $2.725B and to also increase the ordering period for RE&C West by 16 months from the original date of expiration. A ceiling increase is not needed, and RE&C West contracts will initially be extended by 28 Days from 8 November to 2024 to 6 December 2024 through modification. This will result in an ordering period end date of 6 December 2024 for all RE&C Regions (West, Central and East). The government will then seek approval of a Class J&A to extend the ordering period for all RE&C contracts by 16 months through a modification changing the ordering period end date from 6 December 2024 to 6 April 2026 for RE&C West, Central and East regions.
