- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. This Sources Sought Notice is to survey the marketplace for vendor capability and interest in helping Langley AFB�s 1st Fighter Wing procure approximately two (2) Mobile LED Screens for the Air Power over Hampton Roads Air Show, 25-27 April 2025. This requirement includes the purchase and delivery of said Mobile LED Screens by no later than 14 April 2024. The contractor is to provide these products in a manner that will ensure the safety and general wellbeing of Air Show attendees. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, licenses, quality control, and other items and services necessary to complete this requirement. Contractor shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The attached PWS is in draft status and will be updated for a formal RFQ. Please monitor SAM.gov for all subsequent postings. This is not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP), and no contract will result from this notice, nor does it commit the Government to any acquisition for these products. All interested parties shall submit a capabilities package (no more than 10 pages total) outlining your company�s key business abilities relevant to the performance of this requirement. Please submit the requested information to this office NLT the closing date and time � 1200 hours EST on 5 November 2024 � to AnnMarie Shields at candes.shields@us.af.mil and Ms. Emoni Bright at emoni.bright@us.af.mil.
