Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Philadelphia City: PA Delineated Area: North: Spring Garden Street to Benjamin Franklin Parkway to Vine Street to 676; East: Delaware River; South: South Street; West: 33rd Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,055 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,383 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 37 (secured) Parking Spaces (Surface): 37 (secured) Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): N/A Full Term: 60 months Firm Term: 0 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: (1) The customer agency must not be located within 750 feet of the entrance to childcare centers, churches, or schools. (2) The customer agency can be located in proximity to other law enforcement entities. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). ). The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Philadelphia, PA, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. This is not a solicitation for offers or a request for proposals.
