This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 dated January 17, 2025, and DFARS Defense Publication Notice Current to DPN20250117. United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) - Texas intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Catered Meals Services in Corpus Christi, TX in accordance with Attachment 1-2. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 722320 ?Caterer. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set Aside. Period of Performance is May 31, 2025 - June 14, 2025.
