- ***See FAR 52.212-01 and FAR 52.212-02 and the respective addendums to each clause in the RFP for detailed proposal instructions and evaluation criteria*** Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. Solicitation Number FA860425RB022 is issued as a Request for Proposal. The government is seeking proposals for the performance, design, fabrication, installation, and testing of a Materials Handling System at Laughlin AFB, Texas, for the 47th Flight Training Wing (FTW) MXD, MX LPS Warehouse. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333922.Solicitation Documents: All solicitation documents, including specifications and drawings, are available on https://piee.eb.mil (link provided below). Offerors are responsible for downloading all necessary documents. Key Information: Contract Type: Firm-Fixed Price - Period of Performance: 330 days after date of award - Place of Performance: Laughlin AFB, Texas, 47 FTW MXD, MX LPS Warehouse - Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - Proposal Submission: Proposals must be submitted via the Solicitation application within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE). No other submission methods will be accepted. - Questions Due Date: May 26, 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Submit questions via email to both Samantha Ekberg (samantha.ekberg@us.af.mil) and Andrew Petersen (andrew.petersen.3@us.af.mil). - Proposals Due Date: June 02, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time. Late submissions will not be considered. - Clauses and Provisions: This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03/01-17-2025 and DPN 20250117, including addendums to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2, SAM Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov prior to award. Award: The government intends to award to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. The government reserves the right to not make an award. Cancellation: The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time.
