Description

The 513th ERHS Misawa Refuse Services Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), located in Misawa, Japan, plays a critical and enduring role in supporting the United States� defense posture throughout the Indo-Pacific region. Misawa has long been recognized as a strategically vital location, and its infrastructure continues to evolve to meet the demands of modern-day readiness, operational excellence, and environmental compliance. The total ordering period will be 25 July 2025 � 24 July 2030. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the PWS. Important Dates: Q&A Due: 17 July 2025 / 11:00 p.m. CST Proposals Due: 20 July 2025 / 4:00 p.m. CST (e-mail to POCs) NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
