Description
** AMENDMENT 0005 extends the Response Date from 29 July 2025 to 8 August 2025 at 11:00 A.M. EDT. Amendment 0005 updates the presolicitation to reflect that all responses shall be submitted through PIEE, adds PIEE instructions, and removes references to DoDSAFE. Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 3(a): Projects must be substantially complete, or have particular phases completed; the offeror must clearly identify any efforts that are not complete at the time of submission. Amendment 0005 adds the following statements in Section 3(b) Subsection ""Team Members"" Paragraph 3: Experience using software outside commonly used present day software may be considered. Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 3(b) Subsection ""Team Members"" Paragraph 3: however, they cannot be presented as more than one team member in Section E, as that would be considered ""dual hatted"". Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 3(b) Subsection ""Team Members"" Paragraph 4: however, they cannot be presented as more than one team member in Section E, as that would be considered ""dual hatted"". Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 3(b) Subsection ""Team Members"" Paragraph 5: but are not required to submit. Amendment 0005 adds the following discipline in Section 3(b) Subsection ""Team Members"" Paragraph 5: Civil Engineer. Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 3(b) Subsection ""Team Members"" Paragraph 6: but are not required to submit. Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 4 Subsection SF330 Section E: in order to ensure the contractor's team has the capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, as multiple task orders may be awarded with similar completion dates and overlapping delivery dates as outlined in the Synopsis. If an individual can fill multiple disciplines listed within the synopsis, it is recommended to evaluate which position they are most qualified to fill or which discipline is needed in the org chart to complete the team. Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 4 Subsection SF330 Section F: Projects should clearly state the extent of the scope of work completed and may include work completed through an individual task order from a base MATOC or IDIQ, combined similar efforts/projects completed through multiple task orders (such as QCC reviews, SAR reviews, Software Development, and efforts at a single discrete site) from a base MATOC or IDIQ, substantially completed efforts on a task order from a base MATOC or IDIQ, as well as work completed for other entities and agencies outside of USACE. These are examples of projects that may be submitted; however, any effort deemed relevant and substantially complete may be submitted for consideration, so long as it is not a base MATOC or IDIQ award. Amendment 0005 changes a sentence in Section 4 Subsection SF330 Section F to the following: Projects submitted must be within the last ten (10) years from the date qualification submittals are due. Amendment 0005 adds the following statement in Section 4 Subsection SF330 Section F: Projects must be substantially complete, or have particular phases completed; the offeror must clearly identify any efforts that are not complete at the time of submission. The sections are marked ""Amendment 0005"" where changes are made. This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The proposed services, which will be obtained by negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contracts, are for Architect/Engineer services to support the Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center (RMC), Head Quarters (HQ) USACE, Dam Safety Modification Center (DSMC), and Levee Safety Center (LSC), which will include projects within the United States and its territories for dam and levee safety and other work as assigned to the USACE national centers. Please see the attachment for all requirement details. **AMENDMENT 0004 adds the following statement in Section 3(b), subsection ""Organizational Chart"": Due to the potential large volume of subcontractors, addresses and key points of contact may be separated from the organizational chart. The sections are marked ""Amendment 0004"" where changes are made. This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The proposed services, which will be obtained by negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contracts, are for Architect/Engineer services to support the Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center (RMC), Head Quarters (HQ) USACE, Dam Safety Modification Center (DSMC), and Levee Safety Center (LSC), which will include projects within the United States and its territories for dam and levee safety and other work as assigned to the USACE national centers. Please see the attachment for all requirement details. **AMENDMENT 0003 changes ""Synopsis for Army Reserve A-E Services MATOC"" to ""Synopsis for Risk Management Center A-E Services MATOC"" on page 1 and removes the word ""Quantitative"" from Section 3(a)(2). The sections are marked ""Amendment 0003"" where changes are made. This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The proposed services, which will be obtained by negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contracts, are for Architect/Engineer services to support the Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center (RMC), Head Quarters (HQ) USACE, Dam Safety Modification Center (DSMC), and Levee Safety Center (LSC), which will include projects within the United States and its territories for dam and levee safety and other work as assigned to the USACE national centers. The sections are marked ""Amendment 0002"" where changes are made. This is a synopsis for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts under an umbrella Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) pool. The proposed services, which will be obtained by negotiated Firm Fixed Price Contracts, are for Architect/Engineer services to support the Unites States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Risk Management Center (RMC), Head Quarters (HQ) USACE, Dam Safety Modification Center (DSMC), and Levee Safety Center (LSC), which will include projects within the United States and its territories for dam and levee safety and other work as assigned to the USACE national centers.
