Description
The American Embassy London acting on behalf of the US Consulate General in Hamilton, Bermuda has a requirement for Landscaping services at a U.S. Government owned or managed property in Hamilton, Bermuda. Services will include, but not be limited to lawn care, pruning, removal of debris, watering, fertilizing and pest and disease control. Only companies specializing in this field should apply for a solicitation package. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference; the date for this conference and details on how to register to attend are in the solicitation documents. This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Offers must be received by 13:00 Atlantic Daylight Time (17:00 BST) on August 13, 2025. Quotations received after this date and time will not be accepted. Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror�s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement. To register in SAM, an NCAGE code is required. If you do not have an NCAGE number, this be obtained before registering in SAM. There are no fees associated with NCAGE or SAM registration. Posted: June 23, 2025 for 15 days
